Open Project: Generative AI in Medical Imaging

This master’s thesis project offers an exciting opportunity to develop cutting-edge generative AI methods for medical imaging. Medical imaging analysis is often constrained by limited data, costly annotations, and strict privacy requirements. Our goal is to address these challenges by generating realistic, anatomically accurate CT/MRI images spanning various regions and conditions, ultimately enabling a variety of downstream tasks in the medical domain.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Background in generative AI, especially diffusion models, is a plus.
- Experience in working with medical data is desirable.
Duration: 6 months
